看到以下的信息, 眼泪差点就流下来......

It is not just the importance of money it is about your life!
Your mom is down with a chronic disease and who knows, one day your dad too. The reality is why engage yourself with more morgages (I assume you already have a few and the house is one added recently). If you have enough cash in hand, my advice would be to buy the house cash or at least buy it with least amout of loan possible. And, avoid yourself trapped paying debts and settle loan for others, I'm being very frank to you. If you have not enough cash, just rent a house. Think this way, how many 10 years you have to pay loans ? Not to mention what if you fall sick during that period ?
